We're not just an ordinary recruitment agency.  As well as having chefs & staff from a variety of backgrounds.  We support individuals that have been incarcerated and are looking for a career in hospitality.  We have a different aim as opposed to our competitors, therefore our profits are measured in our success in providing jobs rather than financial profits, ultimately leading to a much lower financial profit margin.

Due Diligence

Our Due Diligence is held to a higher standard than most of our competitors. Not only do we ask our clients to work a trial shift, we also check qualifications and have our own tests that need to be completed.

We believe that businesses across the UK have the social responsibility to make a chance in society.  That is why we put our money where our mouth is.  We take on candidates & students that may be serving as ex-offenders We also pursue an active employment for women that have been victims of domestic violence.
